Operator: Fermin Escutia Real Estate, Fermin Escutia (DRE #01813680), brokered by W Real Estate (DRE #01795950).
Information We Collect
Identifiers (name, email, mailing address, phone number), property search criteria, voluntarily provided financing timeline, IP address, device type, analytics cookies, and SMS opt-in consent records.
How We Use Information
Providing brokerage services, responding to inquiries, transaction coordination, statutory recordkeeping, and site analytics.
Mobile Information and SMS Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, sold to, or rented to any third parties or affiliates for any purpose. Personal information collected through SMS programs — including your mobile telephone number, opt-in consent records, and message interaction history — will be maintained strictly for the purpose of providing real estate services, listing communications, and direct transaction updates requested by you.
Third-Party Sharing (CalOPPA)
We disclose information only to operational service-provider categories: customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, MLS/IDX vendors, transaction coordinators, and title and escrow partners. These vendors act strictly on our behalf to deliver real estate services. SMS and mobile opt-in data is excluded from all such sharing, per the Mobile Information and SMS Privacy section above. We do not sell personal information.
Do Not Track Disclosure
Some browsers transmit a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Because no common industry standard for interpreting DNT signals has been adopted, this site does not currently respond to DNT signals in a differentiated way. Analytics cookies continue to operate as described above regardless of the DNT setting; you may disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. Should a uniform standard be adopted, this policy will be updated to reflect our handling of that signal.
Statutory Data Retention and Regulatory Exemptions
While California residents have the right to request the deletion of personal information under state privacy statutes, the brokerage is required to maintain compliance with California Business and Professions Code § 10148. All communications, contracts, disclosure documents, and electronic records (including SMS communications) associated with professional real estate services, agency representations, and real property transactions will be retained for a mandatory statutory period of three (3) years from the date of transaction closing or listing termination. Non-transactional marketing data and general inquiry records will be purged upon verified consumer request.
