  2. Cadence & Frequency. Message frequency varies based on user search activity and transaction milestones.
  3. Rates. Standard message and data rates may apply.
  4. Opt-Out & Support Handlers.
  5. Mobile Carrier Liability Waiver. Mobile carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile®, and Verizon Wireless) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  6. Subscriber Warranty. You represent that you are the authorized account holder for the mobile number provided and agree to notify Fermin Escutia Real Estate immediately if your phone number changes.
